How It Works

  1. Call 1-800-800-7616 or find a list of participating providers in your area here. (Note: Be sure to have your Member ID and Group ID, from the front of your membership card, before calling.)
  2. Present your membership card (with the Coast to Coast Vision logo) at participating locations to receive savings on your procedures and vision products.
  3. The total discounted fee must be paid at the time service in order to receive a discount.
  4. Access discounts on contact lenses through America's Eyewear and eyeglasses and sunglasses through

With a $15 visit fee and 24-7 access, save time and money by connecting with board-certified doctors by phone or video – anytime, anywhere. Doctors offer a diagnosis, treatment options, and even prescription when medically necessary.


  • Get treatment for common medical issues such as colds, flu, poison ivy, respiratory infections, bronchitis, pink eye, sinus problems, allergies, urinary tract infections, and ear infections
  • Average doctor response time is 10 minutes
  • Visits for all ages—from children to seniors
  • U.S. board-certified doctors with an average 20 years practice experience
  • Upon member request, Teladoc can share visit information with your doctor




How It Works

  1. Prior to using this service, register here or call 1-800-800-7616
  2. Each member must provide Medical History online or by phone, similar to paperwork completed at the doctors' office; it takes 10 minutes to complete. Note: be sure to have your member ID and Group ID, from the front of your membership card, before calling)
  3. Once this is complete, you may go online or call to schedule a visit (a physician will call the member back within three hours, in most cases less than an hour)
  4. Repeat steps for each participating family member.

  • Do I speak with real doctors?

    Yes. You will speak with doctors who are U.S. board-certified internists, state-licensed family practitioners, and pediatricians licensed to practice medicine in the U.S. and living in the U.S. When you request a visit, Teladoc will connect you with a doctor licensed in your state.
  • What are some of the common conditions Teladoc treats?

    Common conditions include sinus problems, respiratory infections, allergies, urinary tract infections, cold and flu symptoms and many other non-emergency illnesses.
  • Can Teladoc handle my emergency situations?

    Teladoc is designed to handle non-emergent medical problems. You should not use it if you are experiencing a medical emergency.
  • Can I request a particular doctor?

    No. Teladoc is designed to support your relationship with your existing doctor. It is not a means of establishing an exclusive relationship with a Teladoc doctor. Please know that all Teladoc doctors are highly qualified and go through rigorous training and credentialing.







The KEPRO Employee Assistance Program gives you access to experienced counselors who help navigate personal problems, from depression, anxiety and stress, to struggles with family, work and substance abuse. Counselors have a master's degree and at least five years' experience.


How It Works

  1. Professional counselors provide free telephone counseling 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. Once the problem is assessed over the phone, counselors continue to provide phone support until the member is satisfied.
  3. Community resources include local bar association for legal assistance and consumer credit services for financial difficulties.

  • What is Alternative Medicine?

    Alternative Medicine includes healing or treatment methods such as acupuncture, homeopathy, herbal medicine and more. These methods are not included in the traditional U.S. medical curricula.
  • Why is Alternative Medicine needed?

    Many patients find alternative medicine has a great deal to offer, especially for treating chronic conditions where traditional medicine is not as effective. The majority of patients do not see traditional and untraditional treatments as mutually exclusive and make informed, personal choices to integrate both.
  • What kind of problems does Alternative Medicine deal with?

    Alternative Medicine is used to treat a variety of physical and emotional issues.
  • How much can I save with this benefit?

    The discount depends on the provider you choose. Providers offer discounts of 10% to 30% off their standard rates. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions. After you choose a provider, you should call the provider's office and ask what the discounted rate is.
  • How many times can I use the Alternative Medicine benefit?

    There is no limit to the amount of times this benefit can be used.


This program is NOT insurance coverage, not intended to replace insurance, and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act or Massachusetts M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CRM 5.00.
